Corporate Mapping, Gazetteer and Addressing Officer
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an aptitude for managing databases and spatial information. The main responsibilities will be to create, maintain and implement the Council’s Local Land & Property Gazetteer as a corporate property database, maintaining a variety of spatial datasets, administering the Council’s street naming and numbering function and taking a lead role in development, management and use of spatial data and geographical information systems as part of the Council’s Smarter Services Programme.
You will have excellent ICT, organisational and communication skills with experience of using map based data and geographical information systems.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is midday on 18th February 2020. Interviews will be held on 27th and 28th of February 2020
